Abstract

      The purpose of this article was to analyze the government's public service projects and collaborative governance approach in Thailand. The combined provision of public services and mission implementation must consider the roles and their respective implementation goals. However, the successful coordination of public service arrangements that will be driven and developed must be considered alongside the factors of collaborative governance formation. Through the establishment of such collaborative public services project, the state had also gained credibility and trust from people. Laws, rules, and regulations would remain dignified and accepted. In addition, it could help solve the problems and disputes which could not be resolved unilaterally by the state. It also reduced the controversy over the policy compliance as well as the loss of people’s faith in the administration.
