SUPERVISION IN SOCIAL SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
Supervision in a social service organization with social workers is considered a type of social working management that executives need to pay attention to. and take part in the supervision since supervision promotes professional development, improves operational efficiency, and mentally supports the social workers who work well. Supervision also promotes a good relationship in the agency. However, the form of supervision of each organization could differ according to the context of that organization, depending on how the executive chooses to use it to suit the context of the organization as well as its subordinates. Supervision can be applied according to the following format: 1. Case Work Model 2. Group Supervision Model 3. Peer Supervision Model 4. Team Service Delivery Model and 5. Autonomous Practice Model in addition to the above-mentioned supervision formats, managers should also consider other resources that can be used to support the success of supervision. The positive outcomes of supervisory tasks are not only affected to social workers, but also affects the organizations and the service users through the services that provided by the organization.
