THE INNOVATION WATER RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF AREA THE BEAUTIFUL RIVER BASIN BY INTEGRATING LOCAL KNOWLEDGE TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE TO LOCAL ECONOMY SYSTEM NONG KHAI PROVINCE

Abstract

      This research objectives of this study were 1) to study the problem and behavior of alcohol consumption of youth groups 2) to enhancing knowledge of buddhist principles, local wisdom and social service activities among drinking of youth groups.  Conduct mixed research which is a quantitative research the sample consisted of 234 person. Using in-depth interviews with data were analyzed by 56 key informant/person. Analyzing the mean and standard deviation and analysis of inductive summary content.
      The research results were as 1. Perceptions of the Impacts of drinking Youth overall, the perception was at a high level. If considered on a case-by-side order, the mean from high to low is as follows: perceptions of health effects There is a perceived effect on the family. There is an awareness of the impact on the economy. There is awareness, there is an impact on and there is an impact on religious teachings. 2. enhancing knowledge of buddhist principles, local wisdom and social service activities among drinking of youth groups qverall, the youth in Nong Khai Province are considered in good condition while the youth still know their age.There are three groups of youths: the first group in the school, there are also teachers who supervise and advise on dangers and poisoning. The second danger of drinking alcohol was those outside the school. And the third group is a labor force but this group is the heaviest when it comes to drinking alcohol.
