THE DESIRABLE VILLAGE CHIEF AND HEADMAN IN THE NEW DECADE

Abstract

     The objective of this article is to show the prosperity of environment culture in Thai society results in the growth of Thai people. Especially Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman, who play a role in developing communities in Thai society. Therefore, the Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman have to academic knowledge and development knowledge in various fields. They must listen to the public's opinions for meeting government organizations and private organizations. Therefore, the Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman must have technology knowledge or the new change literature supporting. It will be develop our village or community for being more prosperous. Accordingly, the Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman must adapt or seek knowledge, authority or new leadership for developing adolescent people in the world currently. The Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman must always have knowledge to find knowledge within the library or the various websites or attending the training.  Making the Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman possess knowledge and ability. They would be a leader for developing their own community or village. The knowledge and ability would be equal to the government organizations or private organizations at all times. The Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman is an important part of community development or as a development of government organizations. The government organizations progress increasingly. The search for new knowledge that will bring the village or the community to prosper in accordance current world situation. They will be as prosperous as other communities. Consequently, the Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman must always adapt themselves for seeking knowledge.
