ROLES AND WORKING PROCESS TO ENHANCE THE COMMUNITY’S QUALITY OF BUDDHAPANYA SRIDVARAVATI, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract
This research article aims 1) to study the role of working to raise the community quality of Buddhapanya Sridvaravati Sangha College 2) to study the working process to raise the community quality of Buddhapanya Sridvaravati Sangha College 3) to present the role and work process to raise Community quality level of Buddhapanya Sri Dvaravati Sangha College, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province It is a research study that combines methods. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The sample group consisted of 395 photos/person and key information providers of 10 photos/person. The statistics used in the research were descriptive statistics, data were collected during October 2021 – February 2022. The data were analyzed for content. and inductive conclusion analysis.
The research shows that 1. The role of working to raise the quality of the community as a whole is at a moderate level. 2. The process of working to raise the quality of the community. Overall, it was at a moderate level. 3. Roles and working processes for upgrading the community quality of Buddhapanya Sri Dvaravati Sangha College. Establish a community quality upgrading committee structure that has the power to manage the work with flexibility and efficiency. Mobilize opinions from all sectors to participate in the preparation of development plans to improve the quality of the community. Support to create a network of working in the community to be stronger. All sectors are able to supervise and monitor work results to achieve goals. Buddhapanya Sri Dvaravati Sangha College developed the project to be accepted. There is a strategy of upgrading the quality of the community to achieve the objectives. Encourage people in the community to see the importance of important Buddhist days Build cooperation between officials and people in the community. And there is always management of sewage and solid waste within the community.
