SUSTAINABLE CULTURAL TOURISM MANAGEMENT IN SURAT THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This article is part of the research on Cultural Tourism in Surat Thani Province for Sustainable Tourism. The objective of this study was to study sustainable cultural tourism management in Surat Thani Province. and proposing cultural tourism routes in Surat Thani Province This was a qualitative research, collecting data, group discussion, 12 people, observation and inductive data analysis. The results showed that Sustainable cultural tourism management in Surat Thani consists of 4 aspects: creating tourist attraction; in organizing tourism activities Management and the participation of local communities The presentation of cultural tourism routes in Surat Thani consists of 6 steps: 1. Studying the basic information of tourist attractions 2. Planning the construction of a tourist route 3. Explore the tourism route. and study of tourism behavior, 4. Draft tourism routes; Results from the presentation of cultural tourism routes in Surat Thani Province There are 4 tourist routes, namely the Nawatwithi route of good things around Ban Don Bay. Path of the Sacred Blessings Srivichai Revival Path (Sriwichai kingdom) and the path of liberation Each travel route consists of tourist map and details of tourist routes such as tourist attractions tourist information tourism activities dining and camping spots.
