CULTIVATING INTEGRITY OF YOUTH IN THE THREE SOUTHERN PROVINCES

Abstract
This research article was part of the study on cultivate honesty of youths in the three southern border provinces. Methodology was the mixed research methods, consists of quantitative research. Simple random sampling by vocational courses students, Pattani industrial and community education college, Yala vocational college and Narathiwat polytechnic college 400 people, in the 2017 academic year. The quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data, analyzed data with mean, standard deviation (S.D.). The qualitative research collected data from administrators and teachers of Pattani industrial and community education college, Yala vocational college and Narathiwat polytechnic college 24 people. Semi-structured Interview and analyzed data by inductive method. Findings were that 1) level of cultivate honesty of youths in the three southern border provinces, on the whole were at a high level and most of the items were at a high level. It reflects that cultivate honesty of youths in the three southern border provinces have a high level of moral indoctrination. 2) the process of cultivate honesty of youths in the three southern border provinces, research indicates that even though unrest in the three southern border provinces lead to some youths were affected by loss of their parents. but when they participate in school education, the teacher instruction training and teachers as a medium for instilling in students honesty unselfish, not taking advantage of others although different religions. 3) problems and obstacles in cultivate honesty of youths in the three southern border provinces was problems and obstacles in cultivate honesty of youths in the three southern border provinces was internet media resulting youths see great and bad examples, behavior of imitation both good and bad. Consequently, parents or teachers should take care and give advice on consume media closely.
