THE PEOPLE'S SATISFACTION TOWARDS THE MANAGEMENT OF THUNG LUANG SUBDISTRICT. WIANG SA DISTRICT SURAT THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This article aimed to study (1) study the people's satisfaction towards the management of thung luang sub-district. wiang sa district surat thani province. (2) study the recommendations about the people's satisfaction towards the management of thung luang sub-district. Wiang sa district surat thani province. The samples group used in this research were community leaders, consisting of head of a group of villages, village headman, village headman's assistant. and representatives of the village community in thung luang su-bdistrict wiang sa district surat thani province, a total of 144 people. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-level, 12-item scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. by using a ready-made computer program and then present the research results by descriptive methods.

The results of the research revealed that the people's satisfaction towards the administration of thung luang sub-district wiang sa district surat thani Province there is a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the satisfaction in each issue was at a moderate level in all three aspects, which could be sorted from least to least as education,religion and culture; 2) economic and building Strong com 3) social, quality of life and environment, respectively.
