Abstract

The objective of this research aims 1) to study a behave according virtues for lay people of personnel Subdistrict Administrative Organization the Kantharawichai District 2) to study efficiency duties of personnel Subdistrict Administrative Organization the Kantharawichai District 3) to study the relationship between the virtues for lay people and efficiency duties of personnel Subdistrict Administrative Organization the Kantharawichai District
4) to study development with efficiency duties of personnel Subdistrict Administrative Organization the Kantharawichai District. The quantitative research, researchers used questionnaires by using a questionnaire. The questionnaires to sample is a personnel Subdistrict Administrative Organization the Kantharawichai District, Maha Sarakham Province the number 187 edition. Statistics used were Frequency, Percentage, Average (Mean), Standard Deviation and the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.


The results showed that : 1) A behave according virtues for lay people of personnel subdistrict administrative organization the Kantharawichai district. Were at the highest level. 2) The efficiency of duty of personnel, overall in the high. 3) Correlation analysis showed that behave according virtues for lay people is a relationship to the efficiency of duty of personnel statistical significance is 0.01, according to the hypothesis. By positive correlation coefficient was low (r = .263).4) The development of the organization should be a training for to strengthen the skills and knowledge news to the appropriate with a personel and circumstances. such as the project Dhamma training, Project training on the new rules etc.. People should have patience, tolerance, not discouraged, when facing problems in practice, there leniency, honesty. Both the organization and society.
