Abstract
The objectives of the research were 1) to study the leadership level of the abbotson four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, 2) to study the self-conducts according to the principles of four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, 3) to study the correlation between the principles and leadership behavior with four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, 4) Suggestions on principles and leadership behavior with four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province. The population used in this study is the population in this study was the all abbot in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, 193 abbots. The intruments for collecting data were Questionnaire and in-depth interview. Statistics were Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Test the hypothesis using Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and analysis of qualitative data by means of content analysis. Then present descriptive.
The research results were found as follows; 1) leadership level of the abbotson four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, was at a high level. 2) self-conducts according to the principles of four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, was at a high level. 3) correlation between the principles and leadership behavior with four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Muang Nongkhai District, Nongkhai Province, Overall, there was a statistically significant positive relationship at the .05 level. 4) The development approach is to encourage subordinates to have the opportunity to comment. It is important to focus on the principles of four bases of social solidarity Sangahavatthu, support both monks, novices and the public thoroughly and with impartiality.
