Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were: 1) to study the behavior of the municipal administrators; 2) to study the effectiveness of the administration of the municipal administrators; 3) to study the relationship between the influencing behavior of the municipal administrators and the effectiveness of the administration. The work of the municipal administrators applied to the administration of municipal administrators This research study is a quantitative research. Data were collected from a sample group of 385 people. Data were analyzed for the number, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and using Pearson's simple correlation coefficient statistic.


            The results of the research were found that 1) the level of performance in accordance with the moral principles of the municipal administrators as a whole was at a high level; 2) the level of the effectiveness of the administration of the municipal administrators as a whole was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The aspect with a high mean in 3 aspects, namely, material aspect, people aspect, method and money aspect were at moderate level. 3) The relationship of behavior in accordance with the moral principles and the effectiveness of the administration of municipal administrators. Practicing one's self according to the principles of dharma There was a positive correlation with the administrative effectiveness of Non Sung Subdistrict Municipality Administrators. The correlation was at a very high level by practicing one's self-righteousness, volition, persistence, chitta, and insanity. There was a positive correlation with the administrative effectiveness of the administrators of Non Sung Sub-District Municipality. The correlation side was at a very high level. As for persistence, chitta, and vimangsa The relationship was at a high level. 4) Guidelines for the development of municipal administrators' administration. There should be diligence in the management to achieve the objectives.
