APPLICATION OF THE PATH OF ACCOMPLISHMENT (IDDHIPADA) WITH ADMINISTRATION OF SUBDISTRICT CHIEFS AND VILLAGE HEADMEN IN NAKLANG DISTRICT, NONG BUA LAMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract
The objectives of the research were were 1) to the study implementation of the Iddhipada principle (Four Bases of Success) to administration of Tambon chiefs and village headmen, Na Klang District, Nongbua Lamphu Province, 2) to compare implementation of the Iddhipada principle (Four Bases of Success) to administration of Tambon chiefs and village headmen, Na Klang district, Nongbua Lamphu Province, classified by gender, age, educational level, occupation and income, 3) to study obstacles and problems of implementation of the Iddhipada Principle (Four Bases of Success) to the administration of Tambon chiefs and village headmen, Na Klang district, Nongbua Lamphu Province, and 4) to study recommendations and problem solutions of implementation of the Iddhipada principle (Four Bases of Success) to the administration of Tambon chiefs and village headmen, Na Klang District, Nongbua Lamphu Province. This study was a mixed method research. Data were collected using Sampling 398, questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 5 key informants.
The research results were as follows. 1) Implementation of the Iddhipada principle to the administration of Tambon chiefs and village headmen, Na Klang district, NongbuaLamphu province, was found to be overall at a high level in all aspects. 2) Hypothesis tests genders, age not different, so reject the hypothesis. The part educational levels, occupations, levels of income different, so accept the hypothesis. 3) The recommendations of people on implementation of the Iddhipada principle to the administration of Tambon chiefs and village headmen, Na Klang district, NongbuaLamphu province, and other agencies high performance.
