SAPPURISADHAMMA-BASED LEADERSHIP OF ECCLESIASTICAL AUTHORITATIVE IN NA KLANG DISTRICT, NONG BUALAMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study Sappurisadhamma-based leadership of ecclesiastical  authoritative in Na Klang District, Nong Bualamphu Province, 2) to compare behavior of leadership to Sappurisadhamma-based of ecclesiastical  authoritative in Na Klang District, Nong Bualamphu  Province, 3) to study recommendations on administration of Sappurisadhamma-based leadership of ecclesiastical  authoritative in Na Klang District, Nong Bualamphu  Province. This study was a mixed method research. Data were collected using Sampling 196, and in-depth interviews with 5 key informants.

          The research results were as follows. 1) Sappurisadhamma-based leadership of ecclesiastical  authoritative in Na Klang District, Nong Bualamphu  Province, was found to be overall at a high level. 2) Hypothesis tests were not different. So reject the hypothesis. 3) The development of Sappurisadhamma-based leadership of ecclesiastical  authoritative in Na Klang District, Nong Bualamphu Province is the sangha should take the religion survive, especially today is considered a big deal. There is an interference through different religions as to the direction that should be given to Buddhism. If we apply the principle of austerities to the church. Will make temples and Buddhist prosperity.
