Abstract

The objective of this research aims : 1) to study a behave according to the four Sangahavatthu of executive 2) to study the efficiency of personel management 3) to study the relationship between four Sangahavatthu and effective personnel management 4) to study the development of effective personnel management by four Sangahavatthu, a quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 231. The statistics used were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.


The results showed that 1) A behave according to the four Sangahavatthu of executive, overall high level, Considering the high level in all aspects. 2) Effective Personnel Management, overall high level, Considering the high level in all aspects. 3) The analysis of the relationship between behave according to the four Sangahavatthu and effective personnel management, overall the are correlation coefficient is very high (r = 0.82). Then according to the hypothesis. 4) The development of effective personnel management according four Sangahavatthu of the Khon Kaen Province administrative organization. Policymakers should encourage personel to bring four Sangahavatthu objects used in the management and operation system. Coupled with the Legal State, the ethical mount is a rules, regulations valid clear and fair for to be accepted of the people.
