Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study application of six states of conciliation (Saraniya-dhamma) with administration of ecclesiastical administrative monks in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Na Klang District, NongbuaLamphu Province, 2) to compare behavior of monks, classified by personal factors, on administration of ecclesiastical administrative monks in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Na Klang District, NongbuaLamphu Province, 3) to study problems, obstacles and recommendations on administration of ecclesiastical administrative monks in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Na Klang District, NongbuaLamphu Province, and 4) to study recommendations on administration of ecclesiastical administrative monks in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Na Klang District, NongbuaLamphu Province. This study was a mixed method research. Data were collected using 196 questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 5 key informants.


          The research results were as follows. 1) The application of six states of conciliation (Saraniya-dhamma) with administration of ecclesiastical administrative monks in the ecclesiastical administrative region of Na Klang district, NongbuaLamphu province, was found to be overall at a high level.
2) Hypothesis testing is both different and not different. 3) The ecclesiastical administrative monks should support and promote monks and novices to have an opportunity to develop knowledge and competency on working, this will be a mechanism to drive Buddhism.
