Abstract

The objective of this research is 1. to study the level organization climate of Corrections Officers in Pathumthani and 2. to study of the impact of organization climate on achievement motivations of Corrections Officers in Pathumthani. People used in this study was 613 Corrections Officers personnel. The sample group 242 Corrections Officers personnel.  which were calculated from the formula for determining the sample size of Taro Yamane (1973).  The tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data including percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and test hypotheses by Multiple Regression Analysis. The research finding. 1.The organization climate of Corrections Officers in Pathumthani. Was at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the structure, standard, responsibility, side of appreciation, support, sense of commitment and responsibility all sides at a high level. 2.The hypotheses testing found that the impact of organization climate factor of Responsibility and Support statistically effects on achievement motivations at .05 significant levels. Structure, Standards, side of appreciation, support, sense of commitment and responsibility statistically effects on achievement motivations at .01
