Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the level of knowledge about politics in the election of the president of the provincial administrative organization and members of the council of local administrative organizations of Maejo University, Phrae Campus students. 2) To study personal factors affecting politics in the election of the president of the provincial administrative organization and members of the council of local administrative organizations of Maejo University, Phrae Campus students. The research results revealed that
1) The Department of Agriculture and Forestry has income less than 3000 – 4500 baht per month, and the householder was agriculturist. 2) the level of knowledge about politics in the election of the president of the provincial administrative organization and members of the council of local administrative organizations of Maejo University, Phrae Campus students with high level and 3) personal factors affecting politics in the election of the president of the provincial administrative organization and members of the council of local administrative organizations of Maejo University, Phrae Campus were faculty that which affected political participation to a statistically significant degree (p<0.05).
