Abstract

The research is quantitative research aims to 1) Study the people satisfaction level of the services from Samut Prakan District Court officials,
2) Compare the people satisfaction level of the services from Samut Prakan District Court officials, classified by personal factors, and 3) Study the relationship between expectations and the people satisfaction level from the services of SamutPrakan District Court officials. The convenience sampling was conducted from the non-probabilistic method. The sample was 324 services users of the SamutPrakan District Court. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested with a statistical T-test and One-Way ANOVA, the Least Significant Difference: LSD, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The statistical significance level was determined at 0.05. The results revealed that 1) The overall people expectation level of the services from Samut Prakan District Court officials was at a high level. While the overall people satisfaction level of the services from Samut Prakan District Court officials was at a high level, as well. 2) People with different educational levels, occupations, average monthly income had different satisfaction with the services from Samut Prakan District Court officials at a statistically significant level of 0.05. While the people with different gender and ages did not have different satisfaction with the services of Samut Prakan District Court officials. 3) The people expectations were positively correlated with satisfaction with the service of Samut Prakan District Court officials with the statistically significant level at 0.05.
