BASIC PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN RESEARCH ETHICS FOR SOCIAL SCIENCE RESEARCH

Abstract
This academic article has the objectives as: present the fundamental principles ofhuman research ethics for social science research based on the Belmont Report: Ethicalprinciples and Guideline for the Protection of Human Subjects of Research prepared by theNational Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and BehavioralResearch on April 18, 1979. To protect the dignity, safety and well-being of the human subjects participating in research projects. Consist 3 principles: (1) respect for persons (2) beneficence and (3) justice. Three principles were applied to conduct research as:
(1) informed consent) (2) assessment of risk and benefits and (3) selection of subjects, respectively. As a result, social science research in human studies must be accreditedin human research ethics.
