Abstract

This research article the objectives are as follows: 1. To study opinions on the protection of the rights of pretty professionals. 2. To compare opinions on the protection of the rights of pretty professionals with different gender, age, education level, experience and income. 3) To provide suggestions on problems and guidelines for the protection of pretty professionals. The sample group is Pretty and the process of obtaining and adapting Pretty's culture to be able to exist in professional and social groups. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative and qualitative research method. By interviewing a group of people studied in depth (In-depth interview) and Purposive sampling was selected, with Pretty in Bangkok. It is a case study of 11 people. By using convenience sampling method, the research tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by statistics, frequency distribution (Frequency), Percentage, Mean; X) Standard deviation (S.D.) and test hypothesis       T-test and F-test ANOVA statistic of 150 people. The research found that 1. The protection of rights under the Act of Pretty Bangkok occupation in all 5 areas is at a high level. When considering each side in descending order of mean Protection of personal rights In the protection of creators' rights In the protection of rights in matters of health Protection of photography And sexual rights violations, respectively 2. The results of a comparison of opinions on the protection of the rights of pretty professionals. Bangkok Of respondents with gender, age, education level And experience and income are no different. 3. Pretty's suggestion with comments Protection of rights under the Act of Pretty Professionals Bangkok Summarized results from interviews with executives and 5 Pretty employees based on opinions about the protection of rights under the Pretty Professionals Act.
