Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of performance of public health volunteers in the village health management operation in Rong Kwang Subdistrict. Rong Kwang District, Phrae Province 2. To study personal factors affecting the performance of public health volunteers in running a health management village in Rong Kwang Kwang Subdistrict. Rong Kwang District, Phrae Province. The population used for data collection was the village health volunteers in Rong Kwang Subdistrict, amounting to 199 people. The questionnaire analyzed the data using statistical values, percentage, mean, frequency distribution. Standard deviation and hypothesis testing using Independent Samples T-test and One-Way ANOVA statistical analysis. The results revealed that 1. public health volunteers had some level of performance. which has a total mean score of 1.730. The four important sub-components are health activities. Health Management Assessment preparing a health plan and budget management, respectively. 2. Personal Factors Affecting Performance of Public Health Volunteers in Health Management Village Operations in Rong Kwang Subdistrict Rong Kwang District, Phrae Province found that overall, personal factors did not affect the performance of the health volunteers in the village health management operation to a statistically significant degree (p<0.05)
