QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE OF GOVERNMENT OFFICERS AT OFFICE OF PERMANENT SECRETARY MINISTRY OF COMMERCE

Abstract
The objective of this research were 1) to study quality of working life of Government official of Office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce 2) to compare quality of working life of Government official of Office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce classified by personal factors 3) to study the organizational factors relating to the quality of working life of Government official of Office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce. The samples were 280 Government officials and work at Office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce. The instrument was questionnaire. Statistics were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, where as the statistics test were t-test and One-Way ANOVA, Fisher’s Least Significance Difference: LSD, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation at statistical significance of 0.05 The results showed that: The sample group of Government officials from Office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce had a high level of organizational factors and moderate level of quality of working life. As for the hypothesis testing results, it was found that the comparison of the overall quality of working life based on different educations had significance at 0.05 statistical level and organization factors were related to quality of working life of Government officials from office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce at 0.05 statistical level
