Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study teacher morale and performance levels in small schools; 2) to compare teachers' morale and performance levels. Classified by work experience and educational level 3) to study the ways to build morale for teachers in small schools The population used in this study consisted of 116 teachers in small schools by means of cohort-specific selection. using integrated research methodology The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
