Strategic School Management for Excellence in the Digital Transformation Era

Abstract
This academic article aims to propose strategic school management frameworks for excellence in the digital transformation era. The framework is developed through the synthesis of New Public Management concepts, learning organization theories, and educational quality assessment frameworks. The study reveals that strategic school management for excellence comprises four core pillars: 1) Visionary and innovative leadership, 2) Technology-enhanced curriculum and active learning management, 3) Digital-age human capital competence development, and 4) Ecosystem creation through stakeholder collaboration. Systematic implementation of these strategies, guided by Data-driven Decision Making, will ultimately elevate student outcomes and drive educational institutions toward sustainable excellence.
