Tools included a group discussion record and a draft of the motivation guidelines for creating motivation in teachers’ work in the digital era according to the Seven Kalyanamitta Dhamma Principles. The data were analyzed using content analysis and phase 3 involved evaluating the proposed guidelines for creating motivation in teachers’ work in the digital era according to the Seven Kalyanamitta Dhamma Principles. Key informants were 20 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1. The overall condition of motivation in teachers’ work in the digital era was at a high level ( = 4.45, S.D. = 0.71). The highest-rated dimension was work-life balance ( = 4.53, S.D. = 0.67), followed by personal development ( = 4.51, S.D. = 0.69). The lowest-rated dimension was adequate and fair compensation, which was still rated at a high level ( = 4.34, S.D. = 0.82).  2. The developed guidelines for creating motivation in teachers’ work in the digital era according to the Seven Kalyanamitta Dhamma Principles included: 1) Adequate and Fair Compensation: School administrators should use digital technology to evaluate teachers’ performance with predefined criteria, real-time monitoring, data analytics, and efficient online communication channels, 2) Safe and Hygienic Work Environment: Administrators should create a safe digital environment by providing screen-break areas, maintaining equipment, installing alert systems, and promoting digital safety awareness, 3) Personal Development: Administrators should track and analyze teachers’ development needs using technology, and promote online courses, learning communities, and new skills training, 4) Career Advancement and Job Security: Administrators should support teachers through training, digital skills enhancement, clear career planning, and continuous evaluation, 5) Work-Life Balance: Technology should be used to reduce workload, set realistic goals, encourage feedback, and promote informal communication, and 6) Collaboration and Interpersonal Relationships: Administrators should foster teamwork through appropriate activities, sincere communication, digital collaboration tools, and balanced scheduling.  3. The evaluation of the proposed guidelines for creating motivation in teachers’ work in the digital era according to the Seven Kalyanamitta Dhamma Principles revealed that they were rated at the highest level overall (  = 4.62, S.D. = 0.56). Specifically, the guidelines were rated as follows: accuracy (  = 4.64, S.D. = 0.55), feasibility (  = 4.62, S.D. = 0.59), appropriateness (  = 4.62, S.D. = 0.58), and usefulness (  = 4.69, S.D. = 0.52).
