Abstract

Educational Administration in the Present Era Educational administration is a very challenging task. It has to face challenges from changes in many areas, including technology, society, and the economy. Therefore, developing the competence of administrators is important in driving educational institutions forward sustainably. Applying Buddhist principles to develop personal competence and organizational management can promote administrators to have both morality and clear vision. This article presents a guideline for developing the competencies of educational administrators based on Buddhist principles to create success in all dimensions. Therefore, the development of the competence of educational administrators is an important factor affecting the success of the organization. In addition to adhering to the principles of effective management in the educational system, Applying Buddhist principles as a guideline for managing educational institutions is another way that can lead organizations to success.
