Abstract

This research Article has the objectives:  1) to study the condition of guidelines for the administration of the Guidance of secondary school administrators In Chainat province , 2) to propose management guidelines guidelines for the administration of the Guidance of secondary school administrators In Chainat province according to the seven Sappurisadhamma principles. Step 1 is a quantitative research study of the conditions of guidance administration among secondary school administrators in Chainat Province.  The sample group used in the research consisted of 620 teachers and administrators of secondary schools in Chainat Province. The tool used in the research was a 5-level estimation questionnaire. Step 2 presents guidelines for the guidance administration of secondary school administrators in Chainat Province according to the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma. The research format is qualitative.  The tool used in the research was an interview, interviewing 9 key informants. The research results found that  1) Overall guidance administration situation of secondary school administrators. Chainat Province was at a high level, when considering each aspect it was found that the individual survey service had the highest average level, followed by the information service, while the follow-up service had the lowest average in high level.  And 2. Guidelines for the administration of the Guidance of secondary school administrators In Chainat province according to the seven Sappurisadhamma principles found that (1) individual survey services; educational institution administrators should study and understand the causes and effects. that happen to society and the labor market, encourage homeroom teachers to visit students' homes (Dhammaññutā) (2) information services, administrators should create participation in community development, encourage students to learn from the community (Parisaññutā). (3) counseling services, administrators should prepare orders to appoint appropriate student support system committees, guidance teachers, counselor teachers, and school psychology teachers (Attaññutā). (4) personnel placement services, administrators should prepare questionnaires to distribute to parents at parent meetings or school committee meetings as appropriate to the occasion in order to follow up on the performance of the school's guidance services
