A study of the morale encouragement towards teachers’ performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in chainat province based on the principle of saṅgahavatthuthamma

Abstract

The objectives of this research Article 1)to study of the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province 2) to compare the morale encouragements towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province that classified according to personal factors, there were gender, age, educational background, and work experience 3) to confirm and support teacher’ opinions for the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province base on the principle of Saṅgahavatthuthamma by using Mixed Research Method. In phase 1 of this research used quantitative research that studied the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province. This research used data from sample groups who were 226 secondary teachers and 13 secondary schools in Chainat. This research used the questionnaire and 5 rating scale. The questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95 and the statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. This research used t – test and F – test. In phase 2 of this research used qualitative research that confirmed and supported teacher’ opinions for the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province base on the principle of Saṅgahavatthuthamma. This research had 9 professors who gave the important data. This research used semi-structured interview and content analysis.The results of this research found that 1) the teacher’ opinions for the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province was at a high level. When considering each of 5 aspects, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. This research found that opportunity for advancement aspect was higher than respect aspect and compensation and welfare aspect was a low level. 2) the result of comparing the morale encouragements towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province that classified according to personal factors, there were gender, age, educational background, and work experience that found the different genders, ages, educational qualifications, and work experience hadn’t the different opinion. And 3) the result of confirming and supporting teacher’ opinions for the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province base on the principle of Saṅgahavatthuthamma found that the 9 professors had the same opinion that agreed with 5 aspect of the teacher’ opinions for the morale encouragement towards teacher’s performance from personnel management of secondary school administrators in Chainat province base on the principle of Saṅgahavatthuthamma.
