Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the conditions of community relations management of small schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) to find a process of strengthening community relations management of small schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 according to Saraniyadhamma VI. This was mixed methods research. For quantitative research, data were collected from a sample of 327 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.96. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, and standard deviation. As for the qualitative research, the semi-structured interviews were used by collecting data from 9 key informants and data were analyzed by content analysis. The research results found that 1. In terms of community participation, it was found that overall, it was at the highest level. 2. The process of strengthening community relations management of small schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 according to the principles of  Saraniyatham VI. It was found that 1. Involving the community according to the principles of Saraniyadhamma VI by educational institution administrators should create good relationships between the community and the school is very important. That will make it easy to coordinate with the community. There is understanding and helping each other regularly. 2. In terms of providing services to the community according to the principles of Saraniyadhamma VI, educational institution administrators should provide services to the community in promoting careers and earning additional income for students. Parents or people in the community. 3. In terms of supporting activities in schools according to the principles of  Saraniyadhamma VI, educational institution administrators should support activities in schools. Community leaders and schools must be in a network. 4. Public relations according to the principles of Saraniyadhamma VI, whereby educational institution administrators should create good relationships. between groups of people within the school and groups outside the school that are related to the school.
