Abstract
The objectives of this research Article were 1) to study the status of human relations building among the school administrators of the opportunity expansion school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area of Office 2 and 2) find ways to create the human relations building among the school administrators of the opportunity expansion school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area of Office 2 According to Papanikadhamma 3. This research utilizes a mixed-method research design. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires from 285 respondents comprising school administrators and teaching personnel. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.99. Statistical analysis used includes frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative research data were collected from key informants, totaling 9 individuals, using semi-structured interviews. Data analysis employed content analysis techniques. The research findings were as follows: 1. The overall the human relations building among the school administrators of the opportunity expansion school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area of Office 2 was at a high level ( =4.13), (S.D.=0.49). 2. The human relations building among the school administrators of the opportunity expansion school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area of Office 2 According to Papanikadhamma 3 of seven aspects: 1) The communication open-ended questions should be used to give people the opportunity to express their opinions and share their opinions freely, 2) self-awareness management should collect relevant information completely and accurately. and analyze the data in detail, 3) The self-acceptance executives should express their opinions openly and offer creative solutions. along with listening to opinions and participating in the decision-making process, 4) The motivations administrators should create awareness among teachers and personnel about the importance of self-development and lifelong learning, 5) The trust in deciding administrators should assign meaningful and challenging tasks to create efficiency and excellent results in learning and teaching, 6) The self-disclosure Executives should create a learning community within the organization. By creating an open space for exchanging experiences, and 7) The conflict management Executives should give importance to learning and understanding issues or problems that arise. In order to be able to analyze the causes and effects of conflicts.
