Abstract
This research Article were to study the academic administration Educational Opportunity Expansion school and to propose the guidelines for the academic administration Educational Opportunity Expansion school administrators under Nakhon sawan Primary Education service area office 1 to the Principles of Sattham 3. This research was a mixed method: quantitative research by collecting data with Questionnaire and qualitative research which collecting data by interview with Key Informants. The sample group was 253 school directors and teachers in the Office of Nakhon Sawan Education Service Area Zone 1 by using questionnaire with five rating scales for data collection with the 0.93 of reliability. The statistics program for the data analysis was percentage, mean, standard deviation. The qualitative research was dealt with the in-depth structured interview to collect all detail from seven key informants and the Content Analysis was presented in a descriptive form. The results were as follows: 1.The condition of study the academic administration Educational Opportunity Expansion school administrators under Nakhon sawan Primary Education service area office 1 , The overall at the highest level. 2. The Guidelines for Academic Administration Educational Opportunity Expansion School Administrators Under Nakhon sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 to The Principles of Sattham 3. The management of educational institutions is important to apply The Principles of Sattham 3 for use as a framework for managing 5 aspect, Firstly, in the aspect of curriculum management, it is found that administrators should adhere to the principles of curriculum development, allowing participation from all stakeholders in curriculum improvement and modification 2) the aspect of teaching and learning management, it is found that administrators should have principles for implementing academic management plans and learning management systematically, with clear strategic directions and continuous objectives 3) the aspect of assessment and evaluation, as well as credit transfer, it is found that administrators should promote training and workshops in measurement and evaluation. There should be principles for measurement and evaluation, which include continuous and systematic monitoring and review 4) the aspect of academic staff development, it is found that administrators should have principles for managing and promoting academic staff to participate in training programs aimed at developing professional skills that align with the needs of the service recipients 5) the aspect of internal supervision in the educational institution, administrators should establish an internal supervision that linked to the Primary Education service area office and therefore, there should be systematic measurement, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
