Guidelines Organizational Well-Being of Private Schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission Mueang Nakhon Sawan District According to the principles of Brahma Vihara 4

Abstract
This research article to 1) study the organizational well-being of private schools under the office of private education commission in Mueang Nakorn Sawan district, 2) find out the way to encourage the organizational well-being of private schools under the office of private education commission in Mueang Nakorn Sawan district according to the four principles virtuous existence. The mixed method in quantitative research had been applied in this study by collecting the data from a sample group of 235 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a validity value of .932. Obtained data were analyzed by finding the results of frequency, percentage, mean (X̄), and standard deviation (SD) to compare the hypothesis test through t-value examination together with one-way ANOVA. For the qualitative research method, the semi-structured interview by collecting the data from key informants for 11 people and analyzing by content analysis method. The research result presented that 1. The overall study of organizational well-being of private schools under the office of private education commission in Mueang Nakorn Sawan district was in a high level (X̄ = 4.00, S.D. = 0.24). When considering by each aspect, the result found that the aspect which had the highest in mean (X̄) was Happy Heart (X̄ = 4.43, S.D. = 0.21), followed by Happy Society (X̄ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.24), Happy Brain (X̄ = 4.31, S.D. = 0.21), Happy Body (X̄ = 4.21, S.D. = 0.25), Happy Family (X̄ = 4.04, S.D. = 0.24), Happy Relax (X̄ = 3.84, S.D. = 0.21), Happy Soul (X̄ = 3.55, S.D. = 0.24), and Happy Money (X̄ = 3.22, S.D. = 0.35) respectively. 2. In the encouragement approach of organizational well-being of private schools under the office of private education commission in Mueang Nakorn Sawan district according to the four principles virtuous existence in the aspect of Happy Body, the organization should provide the health welfare for personnel and organize the exercise activity once a week as well as the healthy food consumption. In the Happy Heart aspect, the people in an organization should be kind to each other, provide assistance to colleagues appropriately, show kindness to those around them, and learn to forgive each other. In a Happy Society, people should act to others honestly and sincerely, speak good words and encourage others, and do the things that are beneficial, not causing trouble. In Happy Relax, people should build a relaxed working atmosphere and take a break to do other activities to relax during work, admire themselves and others, have a sense of humor and keep smiling. In Happy Brain, people should seek knowledge from the internet, books, or surrounding things, learn from the co-workers and exchange the information with each other. In Happy Soul, the people should have morality, good conscience, honesty, integrity, and responsibility together with focusing on the organization’s interest rather than personal without a conflict of interest. In Happy Money, people should record their daily incomes and expenses, always save money, find new knowledge about finances, and not incur unnecessary debt. Lastly, in the Happy Family aspect, the people should sympathize and be able to give advice to others, be honest and trust in each other, and provide activities to build a warmth atmosphere in the family.
