Abstract

This academic article is intended to be written to create a positive attitude in conducting classroom research to understand the process of research. Education encourages morale for research work and creates a body of knowledge in the area of research work. Research plays an increasingly important role as educational expansion is a process of acquiring knowledge. Principle learning is a study and research that reflects the identity of teachers and collaborators, which is important to the teaching profession. Research competence is part of the learning process, both teachers and learners may learn along the way. With these factors, teachers have to shift their roles from teachers to researchers in order to participate in the development of teaching, learning and teacher professional development, especially morality and ethics as an important foundation for doing.
