Abstract

Implementation of a care system for hearing impaired students in schools with disabilities It is a process to help students with a system and steps according to 5 key elements. They are 1. Getting to know students individually 2. Screening students 3. Encouraging students 4. Preventing and solving problems 5. Referrals to find problems and planning operations to solve various problems that will happen to students, especially during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic situation which affects a wide range of people And it covers more people than any crisis in education. Most of the parents were laid off from their jobs, and the schools were unable to provide instruction in the schools. There was tension within the family. students with hearing impairments are students with communication disabilities unable to communicate their own problems and frustrations to others As a result, they cannot adapt to the situation and cause problems. alleviating problems that may arise in society and help students to live happily with others  Therefore, a systematic process for the implementation of the hearing-impaired student care system in schools for the handicap-specific must be systematically implemented. and organizing new teaching and learning activities To enable students to learn to move through the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) safely and learning effectively.
