An Analytical Study of Learning and Teaching Management of Moral Teaching Monks According to Buddhism Way in Primary Schools Under Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of the research were: to study the learning and teaching management of the moral teaching monks according to Buddhist way in Primary schools under Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and to propose the guidelines for developing the learning and teaching management of the moral teaching monks according to Buddhist way. Since the education in Thailand changed extremely, the moral teaching monks had to think and develop the system of the outcome - based learning and the student - centered learning. Therefore, the moral teaching monks should apply the Buddha-Dhamma principles for supporting the learning and the teaching development since theฺ Buddhist teaching design to the improvement. The research was the Qualitative Research with the interview from the key informants and analyzing the data from the Tipitaka and the commentary. The research results were found that the moral teaching monks should change the perspectives in the new learning and teaching management, focus on the students in the critical thinking, and apply the Buddhist principles for the living with the cognitive process. Moreover, the moral teaching monks should adapt themselves for being the good friend in the students’ hearts, learn together with the students, apply the learning and the teaching style for the development of their behaviors and minds, and strengthen their intelligence. Besides, the moral teaching monks should create the teaching media and apply the teaching media various and modern for the learning of the students, focus on the students in the critical thinking and the imagination for the new things, and strengthen the society of the students in the concept of the cognitive behavior modification for the happy life of the students.
