Self-Development according to Buddhist

Abstract
To enhance the potential and image of the individual for getting the skills and experience to make knowledge, understanding, taking happiness for self and other; It is a sustainable development that focuses on the person who is called. “Self-Development” that are the creation of teamwork, eliminating conflict, making knowledge, getting right understanding and willingness to change the mindset that is real beneficial. The development on the psychologists think have divided into two reinforcements as; the positive and negative reinforcement. But in the Buddhism, the self-development must be considered the real truth that begins self-restraint and perseverance, making good action according to the precepts. Precept leads to the cultivating physical, conduct, meditation, and spirit for motiving the three purposes or “Atta” as; Ditthadhammikattha is benefits of life, Samparāyikattha is the value of life and Paramattha is the highest benefit, getting wisdom and knowing the truth that is the sappiness to self and others.
