Academic Leadership with the Buddhist Principle in Spreading Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID – 19)

Abstract

The schools were a lot of students and had the high risk in spreading the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The academic administration in spreading the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was important for the administrators in the school administration. The school administrators could apply the Buddhist principle for the academic administration. The Buddhist principle for the academic administration in spreading the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was the Papanika-Dhamma (qualities of a successful business) : Cakkhuma (shrewd), Vidhuro (capable of administering business), and Nissayasampanno (having a good credit rating). The academic leadership with the Buddhist principle in spreading Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID – 19) consisted of 1) the curriculum administration with the Papanika-Dhamma, 2) the learning management with the Papanika-Dhamma, 3) the learning media development with the Papanika-Dhamma, and 4) the learning resource development with the Papanika-Dhamma
