Upgrading Achievement of Ordinary National Educational Test (O–Net) By Using the Deming Cycle with the Buddhist Principle

Abstract

Upgrading achievement of Ordinary National Educational Test (O–Net) by using the Deming Cycle with the Buddhist Principle consisted of 1) the planning with the Chanda (Will) should be participation of all sectors to suggest, assist and find solutions together in determining the activity of teaching and setting a budget supply facilities, 2) the implementation of the plan with the Viriya (Effort) should be arranging a parents meeting at least once time a month to create awareness on the activities of teaching to the teachers, 3) the monitoring with the Citta (Thoughtfulness) should be monitored continuously, and 4) the improvement with the Vimamsa (Investigation) should be always reported the achievement of students with the related people and analyzed an individual student database. The results were analyzed to develop further.
