Abstract
The objectives of this purpose research were : 1)To study of working Performance about competency for academic support personnel working in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. 2)To make competency development model of the four bhavana for academic support personnel working in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. 3) Evaluate the model of how to improve the performance competency development model of the four bhavana for academic support personnel working in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.
The research methodology was using qualitative research. There are 3 steps. Step 1: Examine the performance status of academic for academic support personnel working in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. Data were collected by semi-structured interview. Content analysis of personnel assessment documents. The research involved the experts of Semi-structured interview 15 monks / person. using descriptive statistics. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. Step 2 : Create a pattern of the competency development model of the four bhavana for academic support personnel working in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University was that development consist. College synthesize content lssues for development by focus group discussion. Focus group useing content analysis. The experts of focus group discussion a group were selectively of 10 monks / person . Step 3: Evaluate in the competency development model of the four bhavanas for academic support personnel working in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The experts of Evaluate improve 30 monks / person were evaluated using the mean. The mean () and standard deviation (S.D.) is high level. It is accuracy appropriate, possibility, usefulness to be at a beneficial level.
The reserch finding were as follows:
- There were several training programs in order to create and change academic support personnel working on behavior, knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes, and competences in the five core competences. Pannabhavana stands for the development of wisdom that is to reach knowledge through training, education and development wisdom of knowledge task effectively to understand the truth completely reality. 3.
