Relationship between Good Governance and Effectiveness of Secondary Schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area office 4

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the administration with good governance of school administrators under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, 2) the effectiveness of Secondary Schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, and 3) relationship between good governance and effectiveness of these schools.
Three hundred and two teachers in Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 of academic year 2018 were chosen by simple random method. The research instrument was a 5 rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation.
The major findings revealed that 1) the administration with good governance of school administrators under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 showed a high level in an overview and particular viewpoint, 2) the effectiveness of these schools were at the high level in an overview and particular viewpoint, and 3) the relationship between good governance and effectiveness of these schools was at the level of .05 with positive direction and the .897 relationship size.
