A study of the result of the commitment to the organization according to Sangahavatthu 4 Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel

Abstract
The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to study the level of the commitment to the organization according to Sangahavatthu 4 of the personnel, Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel. 2) To compare the effect of the commitment to the organization according to the Sangahavatthu 4 of the personnel, Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel. 3) To propose guidelines for enhancing the commitment to the organization according to Sangahavatthu 4 of the personnel, Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel. The sample of this study consisted of 123 respondents. This research consisted of Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research. The reliability is 0.95. Data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Compare by testing hypotheses by t-test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Qualitative research was done by interviews with 12 key informants, After that, the data obtained is summarize, analyze and synthesize the data.
The research found that
1) The study of the level of organization commitment to Sangahavatthu 4 of the personnel, Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel. In all aspects, it was found that overall is at a medium level.
2) Compare of the results of the organizational commitment of personnel, Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel. Classified by personal information Overall, it was found that personnel with gender, age, education level, income, working period, position level were not significantly different at the level of 0.05, therefore rejected the research hypothesis.
3) Guidelines for enhancing the organizational commitment of personnel, Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teacher and Educational Personnel Sangahavatthu 4 should be used as a criterion in the commendation Reward Goodness for personnel in the office Has been recognized in order to inspire work performance among personnel who are used to work and continue daily life on a regular basis Executives must be a good role model for all subordinates in their positions. Be fair And being a polite person Allowing subordinates to express their opinions And accepting opinions from subordinates Should provide opportunities for personnel to receive equal information Not blocking the communication of personnel is an important factor that creates a commitment to the organization. And data communication without distortion is 2-way communication. There should be a group to consult together. Discuss ways to improve the quality of life, help each other, both financially and economically. Sufficiency Having a trusted group representative from the group Should have activities Lecturer training to change behavior from privacy to behavior for the public.
