The personnel management approach based on the tisikkha of anuban schools in nakhonsawan province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the personnel management approach based on the Tisikkha of Anuban Schools in Nakhon Sawan province and 2) to compare the opinians of  the administrators and teachers on the personnel management approach based on the  Tisikkha Anuban Schools in Nakhon Sawan province classified by sex/age/job title and work experience. The population were 595 of the administrators and teachers of 16 Anuban Schools in Nakhon Sawan province. The sample size was allocated by Taro Yamane table were 244 samples which selected by simple random sampling. The rating scale questionnaires were used to collect data and then analyzed by mean, standard diviation, t-test and f-test


The research results were as follows: Over all, the opinions of administrators and teachers on personnel management approach based on the Tisikkha of Anuban Schools in Nakhon Sawan province were high level ( = 4.30, S D = 0.63). All four aspects of opinions; personel management planning based-on the Tisikkha, personnel staffing based on the Tisikkha, personnel retention base on the Tisikkha and personnel performance evaluation were high level. The comparison on each aspect of opinions on the personnel management approach based on the Tisikkha of administrators and teachers from high to low ranking were as follows; personnel retention based on the Tisikkha (= 4.35, S D = 0.62). personnel performance evaluation based on the Tisikkha (= 4.32, S D = 0.60), personnel management planning based on the Tisikkha (= 4.29, S D = 0.68). and personnel staffing based on the Tisikkha (= 4.27, S D = 0.63).


The comparison on options of personnel management approach bused on the Tisikkha of administrators and teachers classified by sex/age/job titte and work experience. The findings revealed that the administrators and teachers who had different in sex had different opinions significantly at.05 on the aspect of  personnel management planning based on the Tisikkha, personnel staffing basedon the Tisikkha and personnel performance evaluation  based on the Tisikkha,but were not different opinions significantly at .05 on the aspect of personnel retention based on the Tisikkha. The administrators and teachers who had different in age and work experience had differt opinions on personnel management based on the Tisikkha significantly at.05 all of four aspects. Finally, administrators and teachers who had different opinions on the aspect of personnel management planning based on the Tisikkha significantly at0.5, but their opinions were not different significantly at .05 on the three remaining aspects.
