Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the physical and find out the management guide line comply to the good governance of management leader for, for Uthaithani Primary Educational service area office 2. We have 2 steps for research process as following. 1) To study the physical and find out the management guide line comply to the good governance of management leader, population, teachers and people 297 persons. Used instrument is questionnaire with 5 ratio level, reliability at 0.96, the statistic to be used for analysis are percentage, average and mean. 2) To find out the management leader’s working method to comply to good governance by seminar or meeting then content analysis. The result shows that the physical management guide line to comply to the good governance of management leader for Uthaithani Primary Educational service area office 2 is very high. The highest are transparency, responsibility, rule of law, cost- effectiveness, cooperate, respectively. The lowest is moral. The important of the management guide line comply to good governance is to build the awareness about the correct way of working principle and regulations, do their responsibility, settle the useful training to add value of knowledge such as working principle, regulations. Besides, it is necessary to have the people who were claimed have opportunity to appeal or explain regarding regulations. Doing an action plan, budget management, investigate and report the management to comply the plan. Have the education committee be a part of the plan, meeting, comment or cheer up to develop the education quality. Build the awareness of communication system, fasten with the goal of high achievement and useful. Reduce the process to make it faster, or use the technology to reduce unnecessary process as well as investigate the use of the bureaucracy resource to meet bureaucracy regulations.
