The Relationship Between Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and Academic Administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School

Abstract
This research was aimed to study 1) the level of the strategic leadership of school administrators and Academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School, 2) the level of the academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School, and 3) the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School.
The population in this research were 121 people from 11 schools consisting school administrators of Director, Deputy Director of Academic Administration Group, Head of Learning Group, and Planning Supervisor. The research instrument was the five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were composed of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation.
The major findings revealed that 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators and Academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School was at a high level in an overview. 2) the academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School was at a high level in an overall viewpoint. and 3) the strategic leadership of school administrators and academic administration of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School had a significant relationship at the level of .05.
