The role of administrators on educational supervision as perceived by the teacher’s opinion in schools under the secondary educational service area office 19

Abstract
The purposes of this research was to study 1) the role of school administrators in supervising education according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19, 2) the compare of school administrators in supervising education according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19, classified by sex, working experiences and size of school. The samples of this research were 324 teachers under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19, in the academic year 2559. Selected from a total population through the table of Krejecie and Morgan. A Stratified random sampling technique was also employed according to school sizes. The instrument of the research used to collect data was the 5 rating-scale questionnaire with the entire reliability of 0.983 .
The statistics used for analyzing data were comprised of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. However, the statistics used for analysis mean differences comparison was the t-test and the F-test used for the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the test for paired differences by using the Scheffe’s test.
The research findings were found as follows:
- The role of administrators in supervising education according to the opinions of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 was at a much level in overall and each aspect.
- The comparison of the role of administrators in in supervising education according to the opinions of teachers in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19, classified by sex and working experiences was found that there were no differences .They didn’t be follow the set assumption ; but classified by size of school, there was statistically significant differences at .05 in overall and each aspect.
