Guidelines for academic affairs administration in School under the office Of NakhonSawan Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract
The findings pointed out what follows: 1) the problem of academic affairs administration in the school as a whole, was at a moderate level; it was found that the problem of quality assurance development reached the highest level. whereas the problem of educational supervision was situated at the lowest level. 2) the guidelines for Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2 included: 2.1) the development of the curriculum required every department to assist its provision, use and evaluation, 2.2) the development of a learning process valuing teachers’ creativity inclined towards the provision of interesting material which ponders upon critical thinking, management and actual practice, 2.3) assessment and evaluation inductions by having the school personnel consult a lecturer expert in this area, 2.4) the development of educational research in regard to quality by having the school personnel consult a lecturer expert in this area, study trips to school that achieved teaching and learning improvements, 2.5) educational schedules, 2.6) the development of educational quality through the integration of a checkers committee, follow up, feedback and the monitoring of performance in accordance with educational standards through reporting and evaluation.
