Development of the quality of life in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the level of life’s quality in accordance with the principles ofsufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region (2) study the level of the principles of sufficient economy application of people in the central region (3) compare the quality of life in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region classified by the personal characteristics and (4) study the relationship between the principles of sufficient economy application and the quality of life in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region. The sample group in this research was 400 people living in the central region. The gathered data was analyzed by using the descriptive statistics with percentage, frequency distribution, mean value, standard deviation and inferential statistics by using t – test statistic, One way analysis of variance and Pearson product moment correlation. The data was analyzed to summarize the issues and suggestions.

            The results revealed by this following:

1. The majority of questionnaire respondents were female, had age between 21 – 30 years old, were married, got the certificate of primary level for education, were the general employees and had lived in the community for 6 – 10 years.


2. The principles of sufficient economy application of people in the central regionwas in high level in practicing for overall. For considering each aspect, the aspect in the first priority was the aspect of having a good self – immunity and nexts were the aspect of abstemiousness, reasonableness, knowledge conditions and moral conditions respectively.


3. The quality of life in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region was in high level for overall. For considering each aspect, the aspects in high level were the aspect of physical appearance, environments and mentality. The aspects in moderate level were the aspect of social relationships.


4. The comparison of the life’s quality in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region was classified by personal characteristics revealing that the people living in the central regionwhich had the difference in the factor of age, marital status, level of education, career path and the time duration for living in community would have the difference in the quality of life in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era with the statistical significant at the level of 0.05.


5. Therelationship between the principles of sufficient economy application and the quality of life in accordance with the principles of sufficient economy in Thailand 4.0 era of people in the central region was related in the same directions in 4 aspects of physical appearance, mentality, social relationships and environments with statistical significant at the level of 0.01.
