Relationship between Situational Leadership of School Administrators and the Learning Organization of School under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were : 1) the level of situational leadership of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) the level of the learning organization of schools under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) the relationship between situational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.


            The samples were 305 teachers in academic year 2017 under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. They were selected by stratified random sampling of Taro Yamane’s formula. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.


            The results of the research showed that 1) the level of situational leadership of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level, 2) the level of the learning organization of schools under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level, and 3) the relationship between situational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was  significant at the .05 level.
