Abstract
The aims of this research were to study and to compare the ethical behaviors of the school administrators of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4.
The samples were 335 teachers. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The major findings revealed that the ethical behaviors of the school administrators of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at the medium level. When considering each aspect, the accountability was at the highest average level.
The cost-effectiveness and the morality was at the high level respectively. The rule of law was the lowest level. The comparison of ethical behaviors of the school administrators of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 classified by gender was significantly different at the 0.05 level. Meanwhile, the comparison of ethical behaviors classified by work experiences and school sizes was not significantly different at the 0.05 level.
