Relationship between the Management Skills of School Administrators and Human Resource Management in Schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office4

Abstract

The objectives of this research were : 1) the management skills of the school administrators under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, 2) the human resource management in schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, and 3) the relationship between the management skills of the school administrators and the human resource management in schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4.

                   The samples in this research were 278 teachers in academic year 2017 under  Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4.They were selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s formula. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.

                   The results of the research showed that 1) the management skills of the school administrators under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at the high level, 2) the human resource management in schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at the high level, and 3) the relationship between the management skills of the school administrators and the human resource management in schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was significant at the .05 level.
